1. Global Shipping & Delivery Terms

Australia Race Motors ships worldwide, with all orders processed and dispatched from our warehouse in India. We aim to ensure hassle-free doorstep delivery for all customers.

1.1. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We partner with Shiprocket, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and other trusted couriers to ensure timely deliveries. The estimated delivery time varies based on the destination and shipping method chosen:

• Express Delivery: 6-8 business days.
• Standard Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping partner and destination country.
• Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after receiving full payment. In case of unexpected delays, customers will be informed.

1.2. Shipping Restrictions & Buyer Responsibility

• Some countries have restrictions on importing specific products. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their country allows the import of purchased items.
• Our shipping partners DO NOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• If the shipping destination falls under a Remote Area (ODA – Out of Delivery Area), additional shipping charges may apply. We will notify the buyer of such charges, and if no response is received within 24-48 hours, the order may be canceled.

1.3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

• Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes applicable in their country.
• Failure to pay these duties may result in the package being returned, held, or destroyed by customs. Under such circumstances, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and take great care in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a replacement or return as per the conditions below.

2.1. Return Eligibility

• All return requests must be initiated within 07 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all documentation.
• Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Buyer pays for the return shipping.

2.2. Refunds & Restocking Fees

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

2.3. Warranty & Replacement

• Manufacturing defects are eligible for returns or free replacements.
• We do not offer any warranty or guarantee on electronic items, as we receive them directly from manufacturers without testing.
• If an item is damaged in transit, lost, or incorrect, a free replacement will be provided upon verification.

2.4. Failed Delivery & Reshipping Fees

• If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, buyer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, the buyer must pay for reshipping costs and the product cost in some cases.
• Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address entry at checkout will be borne by the buyer.

2.5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, contact us via email with details of your order and issue. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Based on your location, we will provide the return address.
